The Opportunity
Working across business and technology teams, you will lead complex, multi-stream initiatives from inception through to delivery, helping bring new platforms, products, and operational capabilities to market. You'll be at the centre of large-scale transformation initiatives, partnering with technology, product, operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and change programmes
- Manage multiple workstreams across software development, operations, and business functions
- Build and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and executive reporting
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, technology, and business teams
- Support business readiness, operating model evolution, and adoption of new capabilities
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to evolving business priorities and strategic objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology and software development projects within financial services, fintech, or capital markets
- Strong project management, delivery management, or business change background
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive programmes to successful outcomes
