We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and confident Recruitment Business Partner to join our growing team. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will deliver tailored recruitment solutions and play a key role in shaping talent strategies for your clients.

As a trusted advisor, you will act as the ‘go to’ contact for all recruitment activity, building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service. You will be fully embedded within your customer base, proactively influencing hiring decisions and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The Role

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will partner closely with stakeholders to guide recruitment strategy, improve processes, and deliver against hiring needs. You will provide insight-driven recommendations, support workforce planning, and take ownership of recruitment delivery from brief through to onboarding. Your ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and recruitment best practice will enable you to add real value while continuously improving service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day recruitment activity, coordinating closely with multi-disciplinary support and delivery teams.
  • Deliver a robust, end-to-end recruitment process while analysing data to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight and guidance on attraction strategies.
  • Lead role briefing sessions, shaping sourcing and selection approaches to secure the best talent.
  • Monitor onboarding activity to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Deliver against SLAs and KPIs, maintaining high standards of service at all times.
  • Maximise direct sourcing activity to reduce reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key customer stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve processes, and expand account scope.
  • Produce insightful reports and updates to support decision-making and demonstrate value.

About You

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment (in‑house, RPO, or MSP).
  • Strong track record of managing complex recruitment requirements and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and translate insights into effective hiring strategies.
  • Experience improving recruitment processes and driving continuous service enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practice.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and demand peaks.
