We’re partnering with a growing insurance group to appoint a high-impact Programme Manager to lead a critical transformation agenda. This role is focused on simplifying complex structures, driving operational excellence, and delivering meaningful change across insurance broking operations.

The opportunity

You will take ownership of a portfolio of transformation initiatives designed to reduce complexity, enhance performance, and enable scale.

  • Rationalisation & Operating Model Simplification
    • Lead the design and execution of entity simplification programmes across a multi-entity insurance group
    • Define a streamlined, scalable operating model aligned to growth
  • Operational Excellence
    • Diagnose inefficiencies across broking operations (personal/commercial lines)
    • Implement lean, scalable processes that deliver measurable cost and productivity gains
  • AI & Automation Enablement
    • Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities within broking workflows
    • Partner with technology teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions
    • Drive real adoption—ensuring tools deliver value
    • Lead governance, planning, and delivery across complex, cross-functional programmes
    • Provide clear, concise reporting and insight

What we’re looking for

This is a role for someone who combines deep sector expertise with proven delivery capability:

  • Essential experience:
  • Insurance broking background (personal and/or commercial lines) – this is mandatory
  • Proven delivery of large-scale transformation or change programmes within insurance
  • Strong experience in entity simplification and/or operating model redesign
