We’re partnering with a growing insurance group to appoint a high-impact Programme Manager to lead a critical transformation agenda. This role is focused on simplifying complex structures, driving operational excellence, and delivering meaningful change across insurance broking operations.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of transformation initiatives designed to reduce complexity, enhance performance, and enable scale.
- Rationalisation & Operating Model Simplification
- Lead the design and execution of entity simplification programmes across a multi-entity insurance group
- Define a streamlined, scalable operating model aligned to growth
- Operational Excellence
- Diagnose inefficiencies across broking operations (personal/commercial lines)
- Implement lean, scalable processes that deliver measurable cost and productivity gains
- AI & Automation Enablement
- Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities within broking workflows
- Partner with technology teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions
- Drive real adoption—ensuring tools deliver value
