This role will focus on identifying new growth opportunities, developing compelling propositions and building strong intermediary and B2B partnerships to increase market reach and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver proposition and product growth strategies
- Develop opportunities through adviser, intermediary and strategic partner channels
- Build business cases using customer insight, market trends and competitor analysis
- Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Digital and Technology teams
- Manage third‑party partnerships and support new commercial opportunities
- Track proposition performance and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes
About You
- Experience in Product Management or Proposition Development within financial services (essential)
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving product growth
- Understanding of intermediary, adviser or partnership‑led distribution models
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Pensions experience is welcomed but not essential
