We're looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Lead to help shape and deliver AI-driven solutions for clients across the London and P&C insurance market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 4+ years' experience who understands insurance operations, platforms, or transformation programmes and wants to transition into a more commercial, consultative pre-sales role.
The Opportunity
As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with business development teams and clients to understand business challenges, design AI-enabled solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase real business value.
Acting as the bridge between commercial and technical teams, you'll help translate insurance problems into innovative technology solutions.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead client discovery conversations to understand business challenges and requirements.
- Support the pre-sales process from initial engagement through to solution design and proposal development.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Work alongside commercial and technical teams to develop compelling solution strategies.
- Translate complex technology and AI concepts into clear, business-focused outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned to client requirements.
- Stay up to date with insurance market trends, digital transformation initiatives, and emerging AI technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience within insurance, business analysis, solution consulting, insurance technology, or pre-sales.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and/or the London Market.
- Experience working with insurance platforms, transformation programmes, underwriting, claims, broking, or policy administration systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present confidently to clients and senior business stakeholders.
- Interest in AI, digital transformation, and technology-enabled business solutions.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work across both business and technical teams.
