We're looking for a Polish Speaking Business Analyst to join a major data transformation programme within a well-known organisation. This role will focus on discovery, requirements gathering and process analysis, working closely with stakeholders in both the UK and Poland. You'll play a key role in understanding current ways of working, identifying gaps and helping shape future solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery and business analysis activities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Gather, document and validate business requirements.
- Create user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams.
- Analyse data related processes and workflows.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with fellow Business Analysts across the programme.
