We're looking for a senior IT Business Partner to lead the relationship between technology and the finance function for a large, complex organisation.
This is a strategic leadership role, where you'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps, drive digital transformation, and ensure IT investment delivers real business value.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, aligning IT strategy with commercial priorities while overseeing delivery and outcomes across a broad portfolio of initiatives.
- Partner with senior finance leaders to understand priorities and translate them into IT strategy
- Define and own technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Oversee IT budgets (CapEx & OpEx) and ensure return on investment
- Drive end-to-end project engagement, from planning through to value realisation
- Act as a key escalation point for critical IT issues and risks
Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, IT Strategy, or senior IT leadership roles.
Strong background working with finance functions or finance systems (e.g. Experience delivering digital transformation or large-scale IT programmes).
Strong commercial awareness, including budget ownership and value delivery.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT governance (ITIL/COBIT), and delivery frameworks (Agile/PRINCE2).
