Interim Internal Communications Director
Multiple Locations across the UK (2 days in, 3 days WFH)
6 months initial
We're looking for an exceptional Internal Communications leader to take ownership of a high-profile transformation programme and build a future-fit communications function.
This is an opportunity for someone operating at Director or Head of level who has successfully led large communications teams, driven organisational change, and influenced senior stakeholders at Executive level.
You'll be given the backing, investment and mandate to succeed, with the autonomy to assess the current function, define the future strategy, and build a best-in-class internal communications team that enables engagement, transformation and business performance.
You'll lead from the front, developing capability, embedding new ways of working, and creating a high-performing culture while shaping how employees connect to strategy, leadership and change.
We're looking for:
- Proven leadership of large internal or corporate communications teams
- Experience operating at Director, Head of Communications or equivalent level
- A track record of leading communications transformation and organisational change
- Strong strategic leadership with the ability to influence senior executives
- Experience building, developing and elevating high-performing teams
