What we are looking for:
An experienced governance professional to join Servaada as a Governance Manager within an established function undergoing growth and evolution. This is a newly created role within an expanding team responsible for delivering governance oversight across major client engagements, including strategic outsourcing partnerships.
In this role, you will take ownership of governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and performance oversight, helping to enhance and mature existing governance processes. You will play a critical part in ensuring high-quality reporting, strong regulatory alignment, and effective stakeholder communication, while contributing to the continued development of a more centralised governance capability.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong experience in governance delivery within a regulated environment
- Proven track record managing governance forums, reporting cycles, and action tracking
- Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and clients
- Ability to work independently and build structure in a developing environment
- Experience within financial services
- Experience in life & pensions or insurance environments
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining governance frameworks across assigned clients
- Leading governance forums, ensuring effective agendas, actions, and decision-making
- Overseeing SLA and KPI reporting, delivering accurate and insightful MI
- Identifying, managing, and resolving governance issues and escalations
- Supporting audit, incident, and remediation activities through to completion
- Building strong relationships as a key governance contact for stakeholders and clients
- Liaising with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Supporting the development of governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing and developing a team of analysts, with scope for team growth
