On behalf of our market leading financial services client, we are hiring a Finance Programme Director on an internal modelling specific programme. This programme is centred around delivering multi millions of capital benefits over a 3-4 year period. This role will also be working with a specialist consultancy who will act as the SI partner, along with internal Finance / Risk SMEs and project teams.
They require a hands-on Programme Director who can deliver this complex programme and drive plans forward. This person will need extensive finance transformation experience and likely be a qualified accountant. Experience of delivering workstreams around liquidity, solvency, internal modelling, finance regulations, finance risk, IFRS and finance systems is the type of background needed.
This person will need to be from an insurance and/or life & pensions sector background and be able to manage CFO/CRO/CA level stakeholders at steer-co's.
