Digital Analyst - Retail Media & CRM (Contract) in London (Hybrid) for £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35) for 6 Months.
We're hiring a Senior Analyst to join a growing Analytics & Data Science team, supporting a high-impact Retail Media function. This role is focused on leveraging first-party customer data to drive audience strategy, campaign performance, and measurable commercial outcomes. You'll partner closely with Retail Media, CRM, and Loyalty teams to design and evaluate customer-led activation, ensuring campaigns are effective, scalable, and deliver clear value to both the business and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, refine and activate customer audiences and segments for Retail Media campaigns
- Deliver detailed analysis on campaign performance, including ROI, incrementality and uplift
- Produce post-campaign evaluations (PIRs) with clear recommendations for optimisation
- Support the development of audience strategy and measurement frameworks
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to influence campaign and commercial decisions
- Work cross-functionally to demonstrate the value of first-party data and Retail Media propositions
