My client is going through a strategic CRM transformation moving to D365 as part of their wider enterprise systems modernisation programme. This is not a support role, it’s a full system ownership role. You will take strategic and operational ownership of Dynamics 365 across marketing, membership, and operational teams — shaping how CRM delivers measurable business value across the organisation.

Responsibilities/Experience

  • Own the CRM strategy, road-map and vision
  • Align platform development with organisational goals
