Working for a market leading consultancy feeding into the public sector, leading the delivery of critical corporate services. We're seeking an experienced Corporate Services Delivery Director to lead the mobilisation, transition, and ongoing delivery of a major corporate services contract. This is a high-impact leadership role, accountable for end-to-end service performance across a complex, multi-service environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the mobilisation and transition of large-scale corporate services
- Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality outcomes are met
- Drive operational excellence, governance, and performance management
- Manage significant budgets, financial performance, and commercial outcomes
- Act as a senior partner to NHS stakeholders and executive leaders
- Lead, develop, and inspire multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Oversee supplier and partner performance
- Champion continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
Experience Required
- Must have experience with commercial agreement
- Proven experience leading large-scale service delivery or operations
- Strong background in mobilisation, transition, or transformation programmes
- Track record managing complex stakeholder environments (Public sector)
- Strong commercial acumen and financial ownership experience
- Expertise in governance, risk, and performance frameworks (SLAs/KPIs)
- A values-driven leader with resilience and accountability
