My client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced Client Delivery Director to lead and grow strategic client relationships with their Banking and FS clients. This is a senior leadership role requiring a balance of delivery excellence, commercial awareness, and technical credibility. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across multiple levels of an organisation — from engaging with CIOs and senior executives on strategic priorities to getting hands-on when delivery challenges arise.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology programmes spanning multiple workstreams and technologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CIOs and technology leadership teams.
- Drive strong client relationships and identify opportunities for organic growth and expansion within accounts.
- Support revenue growth objectives and contribute towards business and account growth targets.
- Provide leadership during programme challenges, bringing a hands-on approach where required to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and technology teams to shape and deliver effective solutions.
