Overview
This is a hands-on case management role focused on getting loans from approval to drawdown smoothly and correctly. You’ll sit between Banking, Credit, Legal and the borrower, making sure everything is completed properly, on time, and in line with policy.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the final stage of the lending journey
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and momentum
  • Acting as the main contact for the borrower

What you’ll actually do

  • Manage lending cases end-to-end after approval
  • Make sure all conditions, documents, and controls are completed correctly
  • Review key documents (e.g. loan agreements) for accuracy vs approved terms
  • Act as the go-to contact for borrowers
  • Keep cases moving and resolve issues quickly
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases when needed
  • Work closely with Credit, Relationship Managers, Legal, Compliance & Finance
  • Maintain updates on pipeline and expected drawdowns
