Sanderson are partnered with a growing manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Learning and Development professional to join their established and high performing people function. This is a 9 Month FTC, with the potential for extension, offering a salary up to £60,000 (Depending on Experience) and a flexible hybrid working model.

The focus of the position is to develop and implement leadership, management, and career development programmes aligned with organisational goals, partnering with HR and business teams to address leadership gaps through targeted solutions. You would oversee leadership frameworks, learning technologies, and succession planning while using data-driven insights to refine programmes, foster diversity and integrate industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leadership, management, and career development initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
  • Partner with HR and business teams to identify leadership gaps and provide targeted development solutions.
  • Define success metrics, analyse feedback, and refine programmes using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee leadership development frameworks, learning technologies, and act as a point of contact for participants.
  • Support succession planning, workforce planning, and ensure programmes foster diversity and inclusion.
  • Stay updated on trends, work with external partners, and leverage best practices to enhance talent development.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience in designing, delivering, and managing end-to-end learning programmes, including budget management and provider negotiations.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and relationship building, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
  • Experience using software to create online and eLearning content, ensuring innovative and effective learning solutions.
