Our client, a large financial services company, are looking for a Lead Business Analyst or a Business Architect to come in and do all things customer journey.

Experience required:

  • Candidates will need very strong stakeholder skills and must be happy speaking with C-Suite levels.
  • You'll need previous hands-on experience mapping and building customer journeys.
  • Previous investments experience would be great as it's mapping the wealth advice customer journeys for different customers.
  • Strong core Business Analyst skills or Business Architect skills.
