Do you have a track record of growing major financial services accounts within technology services?
I’m working with a growing technology and digital transformation business looking for a Key Account Director to develop existing client relationships and expand accounts across banking, insurance and financial services.
This role combines commercial account ownership with delivery oversight. You’ll understand client priorities, identify opportunities for additional services and work with technical teams to shape solutions across cloud, data, AI, applications and legacy modernisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with senior decision makers and C suite stakeholders
- Creating strategic account plans that drive revenue and gross profit growth
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional technology services
- Monitoring contract performance, delivery quality and emerging risks
- Working with clients and internal teams to turn business challenges into opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience growing major accounts within technology services
- A strong understanding of the financial services or insurance sector
- Clear examples of increasing account revenue and profitability
- Confidence discussing enterprise technology and digital transformation
- Commercial understanding of statements of work and resource models
