This is a highly hands-on technical leadership role focused on building and scaling AI-powered workflow products.
The Technical Lead will work closely with engineering leadership and product architects to design, build and enhance a suite of agentic products used internally and potentially commercialised externally.
This is not a management role—it is a senior hands‑on engineering leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture across multiple products
- Build and enhance AI‑enabled workflow applications
- Own complex technical solutions end‑to‑end
- Work directly with Product Architects on solution design
- Drive architecture, scalability and security decisions
- Build rapid prototypes and POCs for business stakeholders
- Mentor engineers across UK, India and Poland
- Support engineering standards and best practices
- Help shape future technical roadmap
