Diligenta’s IT Operations function is responsible for building and managing the environments that host and support our applications. As a key member of the team, the IT Infrastructure Architect will play a crucial role in designing systems for large-scale transformations, tech refresh programs, and system upgrades, ensuring our infrastructure meets the demands of these projects.Benefits

What you'll be doing

• Strategizing and designing the organization’s infrastructure needs, aligning design plans with business needs and choosing suitable hardware & software technologies, and protocols and ensuring scalability.
• Providing strategies to improve the existing infrastructure systems of the organisation.
• Guiding teams in addressing technical solutions and methods to attain the required results.
• Providing architecture leadership and support to infrastructure teams.
• Providing solutions to complex problems occurring in network programs and projects.
• Ensuring resiliency of IT Infrastructure designs

What we're looking for 

• Extensive knowledge of IT systems with field experience
• Ability to work well under pressure while solving complex problems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
• Appropriate Certificates – TOGAF, AWS Certified Solution Architect, ITIL V3 Master Certification, CISSIP-ISSAP
• Project management skills
