Job Description

IT Business Analyst – Manufacturing ClientOur prestigious South West based manufacturing client have a requirement for an interim IT Business Analyst to join the business on an initial 3 month engagement.

The IT Business Analyst will support the client's IT and Digital Transformation and will be responsible for capturing both business and technical requirements across multiple projects within the transformation. This IT Business Analyst will work with a range of IT and Business stakeholders and will need to be comfortable bridging the gap between IT and non-technical stakeholders.

Up to £475 per day – OUTSIDE IR35

3 month initial contract (with scope for long term extensions)

Hybrid working – Circa 2 days a week onsite in the client's office in North East Somerset

Experience needed:

  • Proven multi-year experience of undertaking IT Business Analysis roles
  • Experience of business analysis within a manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, retail or supply chain organisation
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to capture and analyse business requirements
  • Experience of translating these business requirements into technical requirements and specifications for technical and development teams
  • Personable, engaging and able to facilitate and lead a range of stakeholder workshops
  • Gravitas and credibility to influence and engage a range of stakeholders, up to a senior level and both technical and non-technical
  • Able to facilitate and document user stories, process flows, and use cases.
  • Experience of acting as a liaison between business teams and technical developers or vendors.
