We are partnering exclusively with a leading financial services organisation undergoing significant transformation to appoint an Interim Internal Communications Consultant. You will redefine the role of internal communications within the organisation, assessing the current landscape and shaping a future-fit strategy and operating model. This includes structure, governance, planning, capability, partnerships and technology, ensuring internal communications becomes a critical driver of engagement, alignment and business performance.
We are looking for:
- Significant senior experience in Internal or Corporate Communications within complex organisations, operating ideally at Head of or Director level - essential
- Leadership of teams 10+ - essential
- Proven track record delivering communications through transformation or change environments - essential
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear, impactful communication strategies - essential
