Job Description
Technical Integration Lead/ Architect (SAP BTP)
Reading based – four days per week on site
£75-85,000 + 15 % bonus
My client, a leading global manufacturing business based in Berkshire are actively looking for a Technical Integration Lead, to join their team. This is a newly created position and within this role you will take the lead on all things integration, across both SAP and Non-SAP systems. Working closely with external partners you will develop and continue to drive key integrations and head up SAP migrations for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration and automation projects across SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, Sales Cloud, Workday).
- Define integration strategies and drive data migration and interface development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned with best practices in security, monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Document technical designs and solution architecture.
Qualifications & Experiences Required:
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5 + years in SAP BTP architecture and development.
- Deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration and API Management.
- Proficient in SAP Build Process Automation and application development using SAP BTP tools (CAP, RAP, UI5, Node.js, Java).
- Strong hands-on experience with CI-DS and SAP BODS for data integration and transformation.
- Experience integrating with S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with ABAP (enhancements, function modules, OData services) is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security concepts, and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
