We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our Service Delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong 1st and 2nd line support experience who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering exceptional service.
You'll be the first point of contact for colleagues across the business, providing day-to-day support for desktop systems, Microsoft applications, infrastructure and workplace technology.
Working closely with both internal teams and external technology partners, you'll play a key role in ensuring users receive a seamless IT support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users across the organization.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
- Log, prioritise and manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams and third‑party suppliers where required.
- Support Microsoft desktop environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with network connectivity, Wi‑Fi and workplace technology issues.
- Support meeting room and audio‑visual equipment.
- Work to agreed service levels and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure support processes are followed.
- Promote excellent customer service and a positive user experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines solid technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll ideally have experience with:
- Microsoft Windows desktop support
- Microsoft 365 applications
- LAN/WAN networking and Wi‑Fi technologies
- Audio‑Visual (AV) systems
- 1st and 2nd line IT support in a busy business environment
- You will also bring
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels.
- A proactive and customer‑focused approach.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
