Role: Business Change & Test Analyst
Salary: Up to Β£45,000
Location: Buckinghamshire
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3-4 days in the office after training)

We're working with a well-established Financial Services organisation looking to hire a Business Change & Test Analyst to join their growing Change Team.
/n
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across business change, testing and project delivery, supporting the rollout of new systems and continuous business improvements. It's a varied role with excellent development opportunities for someone looking to build a career in Business Analysis, Change or Project Delivery.

What you'll be doing
/n
/n
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
/n
- Create test plans, test scripts and regression test packs
/n
- Gather and document business requirements
/n
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver business change
/n
- Support project delivery and process improvement initiatives
/n
- Assist with defect management and change implementation
/n
/n
What we're looking for
/n
/n
- Experience in Business Change, Business Analysis, UAT or Testing
/n
- Experience writing test scripts and supporting UAT
/n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
/n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
/n
- Experience within Financial Services, Insurance or Pensions is desirable
