Join a global SaaS provider delivering cutting-edge insurance technology solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the evolution of an insurance Billing & Finance product, ensuring it meets client, regulatory, and market demands while driving innovation and scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Act as the Product Owner for core Billing & Finance functionality within Agile scrum teams
- Serve as the central point of consultancy for delivery teams on product capabilities
- Gather, align, and translate complex client requirements into scalable product solutions
- Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development
- Own product release planning and ensure delivery expectations are met
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partners—including workshops and demos
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting billing and finance
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple development teams
- Contribute to product demonstrations, webinars, and sales engagements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with a blend of Insurance & Finance
- Strong knowledge of insurance/broker accounting, including premium handling
- Familiarity with areas such as premium finance, BACS processing, merchant services, and Open Banking
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products
- Experience supporting sales, partnerships, or product demonstrations
- Exposure to product strategy, roadmap planning, and market analysis
