Pay rate: Outside IR35 – £600 to £800/day (depending on experience)

Duration: Initial 6–9 months (programme running through to 2027)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid – ~2 days/week in London

A major Financial Services client on a large-scale back-office transformation programme, and we’re looking to onboard 11 Java Developers across mid to senior levels.

You’ll be working on a platform re-architecture programme, building integration services across trade lifecycle, settlement, and reconciliation workflows.

This is a long-term, greenfield initiative with strong technical challenges and a modern engineering environment.
