FM Logistics Automation Operations & Mobilisation Manager
We're looking for an experienced FM Logistics Automation Operations & Mobilisation Manager to lead the successful deployment and ongoing operation of automation assets across multiple logistics sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mobilisation and integration of new automation solutions within live operational environments.
- Ensure safe, stable, and efficient performance of automated systems across multiple locations.
- Manage supplier and contract performance, driving delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Implement robust governance, incident management, and service recovery processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service reliability.
About You
- Proven experience mobilising large-scale automation assets within logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.
- Strong operational management background with responsibility for multi-site performance.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and service contracts.
- Skilled in incident management, operational governance, and service improvement.
- Ideally from a logistics engineering background with a detailed understanding of automated logistics operations.
