Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

You will manage the financial planning and analysis for the region. Supporting commercial business partners, you’ll drive the region’s financial processes, focusing on simplification, digitization, and standardization. Your analysis will provide actionable insights to support decision-making and achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial business to provide forward-looking insights for business decisions.
• Lead the region’s planning and forecasting process, consolidating inputs from key stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize the financial data model for consistent reporting.
• Standardize and simplify local financial processes for operational efficiency.
• Drive the finance transformation with group and commercial business partners.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or Equivalent)
• 5+ years in FP&A, ideally with shared services experience.
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with planning/reporting tools.
