The Role:
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a gatekeeper, organiser, and trusted partner, ensuring the senior leader’s time is used effectively and business objectives are delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Complex diary and inbox management, scheduling and prioritising across multiple demands
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing all correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Taking ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring follow-through and timely completion
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Planning and organising meetings, events, and offsites
- Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
- Managing expenses and processing invoices
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking action points
- Supporting with broader administrative tasks as required
About You:
- We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (or similar job role) who has demonstrable experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Holds experience within financial services or another professional services environment
- Is a proactive self-starter who anticipates needs ahead of time
- Possesses exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Is an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Thinks strategically about time management, prioritisation, and workload
- Has a track record of taking ownership of work and delivering tasks end-to-end
- Is highly trustworthy and discreet, with experience handling sensitive and confidential information
