Business Systems Analyst (Insurance) Hybrid Working | Essex & London (2 Days Per Week in the Office) Competitive Salary | Dependent on Experience | Mid-Senior Level Are you a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst with strong insurance knowledge and hands-on SQL skills? This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy operating at the intersection of business analysis, system configuration and technical problem-solving. To be considered, you'll need experience within the General Insurance market, London Market insurance, or ideally both , alongside strong SQL and business analysis capabilities. One day you could be running requirements workshops and mapping business processes, the next you'll be configuring systems, writing SQL scripts or supporting project implementation. Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements ✅ Configure insurance software platforms to meet business and client needs ✅ Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications ✅ Build and write SQL queries to report on, analyse and update data ✅ Produce feasibility studies, project documentation and solution designs ✅ Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders and end users throughout the project lifecycle ✅ Support system testing, implementation and user acceptance activities ✅ Deliver user training and documentation where required ✅ Drive projects forward, taking ownership from requirements through to successful delivery Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst Solid SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating data Work across both business-facing and technical initiatives ✔ Hybrid working with access to offices in both Essex and London ✔
