  • Keep cases moving: chase underwriters/insurers for responses and proactively remove blockers.
  • Clarify customer details: follow up by phone/email to confirm proposal specifics.
  • Handle simpler quotes independently: take ownership of straightforward/low‑complexity risks to build confidence and speed.

What you’ll bring:
