Data Engineer

£600-700/day outside IR35

6 month initial contract

Remote working - ideally once a month onsite

Working with a leading financial services client who are looking for a Data Engineering Consultant.
/n
/n
Looking for someone who can act independently and can own end-to-end complex data products - work with stakeholders to understand requirements, engineer and deliver products.
/n

Data Engineering Consultant, key responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Take ownership of end-to-end of complex data products
/n
- Work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders to understand data requirements
/n
- Expert knowledge of SQL to query, analysis and model data
/n
- Experience with Snowflake
/n
- Using DBT for data transforms and modelling
/n
- Data ingestion using Python
/n
- Build foundations for business functions to be able to access the correct data and insights
/n
- Experience working in large development teams
/n
