You’ll combine quality customer care with commercial success, working phone/email first in a consultative style, no aggressive call targets, just meaningful conversations and shared wins.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the customer journey, qualify needs, advise on cover, manage expectations, and convert opportunities.
  • Quote, compare, and negotiate, use Acturis/insurer portals to build cross‑market comparisons that stand up to scrutiny.
  • Engage stakeholders, confidently liaise with principals, PAs, and representatives throughout underwriting queries.
  • Drive performance, sustain case momentum, uphold quality standards, and contribute to team targets.

What you’ll bring:

  • Mid–high net worth household sales experience, proven success managing complex risks and discerning customers.
  • Good customer experience, consultative selling, credibility on the phone/email, and thoughtful follow‑up.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple insurer portals confidently; quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Commercial edge & team play, organised, competitive in the right way, and motivated by the team’s outcome over individual gain.
