Engineering Project Manager West Sussex (hybrid working) £55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and benefits A number of Engineering Project Managers are wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth.

In this role you will lead complex Engineering projects with clear communication, mitigating risks and ensure delivery-focused coordination across design, procurement, and product build .

This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus and benefit s.

Overview of the Engineering Project Manager ro le: Identify, assess, escalate, and manage project risks and issues to protect delivery commitments and enable timely decision-maki ng.

Develop and maintain integrated project pla ns.

Lead project delivery cadence for complex system design and build activities, ensuring work packages are clearly defined, prioritised, and progress ed.

Coordinate cross-functional design sprints and project reviews, capturing actions, decisions, risks, issues, and next ste ps.

Key skills required for the Engineering Project Manager r ole: Recognised engineering qualification, or equivalent relevant experie nce.

Experience managing complex engineering system design and delivery activit ies.
