Sanderson Recruitment are supporting a leading organisation with their search for a Digital Workplace Specialist on a permanent basis. The Digital Workplace Analyst will be responsible for driving the adoption and optimisation of digital tools and technologies within the organisation. This role focuses on enhancing employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement by implementing and supporting digital workplace solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, change management, and the latest digital workplace trends, with a particular emphasis on enabling users' efficiency through getting the most out of current and new digital tools.
- Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of digital workplace solutions, providing training and support to ensure employees are effectively utilising the tools available to them.
- Collaboration Tools: Manage and optimise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant tools to facilitate seamless communication and teamwork.
