We are working with a growing Deals Analytics team looking to hire a Manager or Assistant Manager to support transaction activity through data driven analysis. This role sits alongside Transaction Services and focuses on using analytics to interrogate large financial datasets during live deal processes.

Key requirements (please read carefully):

  • Experience working within a Deals, Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or Deal Advisory environment
  • Hands on experience applying analytics within live deals or due diligence processes
  • Strong experience using tools such as Alteryx, Power Query, Power BI, SQL or Python
  • Experience working with large financial datasets (transaction level, revenue, general ledger or similar)
  • Applications from candidates without direct deal or deal analytics experience will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse large financial datasets to support buy side and sell side transactions
  • Build and maintain analytics workflows to support due diligence processes
  • Identify trends, risks and anomalies within financial data
  • Work closely with deal teams to provide insight and support decision making
