My established Financial Services client is hiring for a DB Pensions Technical Representative, based in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
The Role
Acting as the go-to technical expert supporting customer service teams with more complex queries from customers and administrators. This includes resolving technical issues, contributing to projects and process improvements, and helping the team meet service level targets while maintaining high accuracy and compliance. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and supporting colleagues, carrying out quality audits, updating procedures in line with regulatory changes, and ensuring all work meets legal and compliance standards. Alongside day-to-day work, helping identify improvements to processes and customer experience, as well as get involved in wider business initiatives and projects.

- Strong technical knowledge of financial products
- Experience in a customer service or financial services environment
- You will need BD pensions knowledge
- The ability to analyse information and solve problems
- Confidence working across multiple systems
- Experience in coaching or supporting others is important, along with a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement
- Organised, adaptable and customer-focused, with a professional approach
- A good understanding of compliance, regulation
- Delivering quality service under pressure
