An excellent opportunity to join a leading financial services organisation. As the Data & Operations manager you will lead a specialist division within the company whilst owning divisional data, MI, workflow insight and operational reporting, acting as the main point of data and analytical expertise alongside performance insight throughout the business.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Own and develop the divisional use of the Verint workflow system, including configuration, reporting, enhancements and ongoing optimisation.
- Lead the design, production and continual improvement of dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau and SQL.
- Provide executive-level insight and analysis to the Managing Director and senior leadership team, translating data into clear operational and commercial actions.
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert for data, reporting, Tableau, Power BI and operational insight within the division.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across core lending, workflow and operational systems.
- Design, document and maintain operational KPIs covering service, performance, pipeline, capacity and customer outcomes.
- Produce ad-hoc analysis to support new products, process changes, regulatory reviews and strategic decision-making.
