We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to manage data and reporting projects for a major insurance client in London. This role involves leading an offshore development team and acting as the main point of contact for delivery planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.

London Based - 3 days a week

£80-£90,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a team of 4–5 offshore developers.
  • Maintain and enhance the client’s data and reporting systems.
  • Run sprint planning, manage backlogs, and oversee task delivery.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and be hands-on when needed (around 20%).
  • Handle business-as-usual operations, including troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Deliver quick changes to reports when required.
  • Align with the client’s hybrid working schedule (3 days in-office).
  • Offer advice and support on data-related topics.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including delivery leadership.
  • Strong skills in: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Power BI, Azure services, Google Forms integration.
  • Experience with data governance, delivery planning, and sprint-based workflows.
  • Ability to manage offshore teams and multi-region delivery.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.
  • Comfortable handling both strategic and urgent work.
