Are you passionate about helping people and making a real difference in their lives? If so, you may be interested in our Customer Services team where you will be offering front line support to our customers.

We are looking for someone who is ready to dive into the world of life and pension policies, delivering top-notch service that puts our customer first. Working in our fast-paced Contact Centre, you will be handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, aiming to resolve things first time and in the right way.

What we’re looking for...

  • Previous Call Centre experience required
  • Great communication skills and a natural ability to listen
  • Strong communicators who can listen, simplify complex information, and stay calm under pressure
  • Adaptable problem-solvers, with attention to detail and comfortable using multiple IT systems including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • A team player who is open to feedback and always looking to improve

What you will be doing...

  • Handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans, confidently, making sure every customer feels heard and supported
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries from different teams with empathy, maintaining high standards of service
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company processes and regulatory requirements
  • Spotting opportunities to improve how we do things and sharing your ideas
