We’re supporting a leading organisation to hire a Customer & Commercial Change Manager into a high-impact role operating across customer outcomes, commercial performance and governance. This is a fast-paced, highly visible position suited to someone who enjoys variety, influence and driving change across a business.

The Role

  • You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, sales, retention, pricing & product), helping to:
  • Review and improve customer journeys, processes and policies
  • Ensure alignment with Consumer Duty, balancing customer and commercial outcomes
  • Support business initiatives with insight, challenge and practical recommendations
  • Manage risk, breaches and remediation activity
  • Deliver exec-level reporting, board packs and governance forums
  • Partner with stakeholders from operations through to senior leadership

You’ll need to be equally comfortable in the detail and at a strategic level, often switching between both.
