Job Description Infrastructure Engineer - Contract Location: Crawley - Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite Contract: Infrastructure Engineering Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys getting hands-on across both cloud and on-premise environments, while also helping to improve, automate and modernise infrastructure? We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-established organisation and play a key role across its core IT infrastructure. You'll act as a senior technical escalation point while contributing to infrastructure design, automation, service improvement and project delivery. Providing 3rd line infrastructure support across a complex IT environment Working across servers, networking, storage, virtualisation and core infrastructure services Supporting LAN, WAN, wireless and wider network infrastructure Driving automation across deployments, virtual machines and day-to-day infrastructure processes Monitoring system performance, availability and capacity Supporting infrastructure projects, upgrades and improvements Working within an ITIL/ITSM environment, ensuring SLAs and service standards are maintained Windows Server environments Networking - LAN/WAN, wireless and security Storage and server infrastructure Monitoring, performance and capacity management ITIL / IT Service Management If you're an Infrastructure Engineer looking for a hands-on contract where you can have genuine input into the improvement and modernisation of the environment, please apply or get in touch to find out more.
