Project Overview
Continuous Discovery and in store trial of new Shelf Edge Cameras - These cameras scan stock and send notifications to Warehouse/Store operatives, giving them tasks.
Has been running for 12 months already (Cameras have been collecting data, not being actively used) - They want to understand what the technology can do, how it works, what options are out there and how much it will cost.
Working with current 3rd party supplier, also working with internal team on data integrity
Managing Cross functional analysis teams, as well as Ops Model Team
Experience Required
Essential - Retail Experience, 3rd party SaaS experience, Product Owner/Product Manager.
Desirable - Computer Vision (AI camera technology), data experience.
Responsibilities
Proper product person (collaborative, engaging etc).
Translate technical requirements into non-technical for the senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder management - 3rd party supplier, providing insight on camera performance
Being able to translate tech to non-tech talk.
Potentially create the long-term roadmap and establishing product vision
