Sanderson have partnered with one of the biggest brands about who are looking for a highly organised and proactive AEM Content Production Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of digital content projects across EMEA. You’ll be the central point of coordination between creative, technical, and regional marketing teams—ensuring deadlines are met, priorities are clear, and projects move seamlessly from planning to publication.
This role is not design-heavy; instead, it focuses on project management, stakeholder communication, and production oversight within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track AEM content production timelines across multiple EMEA markets.
- Act as the main liaison between content, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Coordinate stakeholder approvals, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets local market requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Anticipate risks or blockers in delivery and proactively implement solutions.
- Ensure content publishing aligns with brand guidelines and technical standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of content production processes across regions.
Experience Required
- Strong background in digital content production or project management, ideally within a global or regional organisation.
- Experience managing content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across time zones.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing complex workflows.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content lifecycles (no design experience required).
