Responsibilities Oversee operational risk events within SME Lending, ensuring they are recorded, investigated, and actions are efficiently implemented. Deliver and embed the Conduct Risk framework across SME Lending. Prepare and submit reports for the Operational Risk and Customer & Conduct Committees.
