About the Role

We’re looking for a people-focused and detail-driven Compliance Consultant to join our Compliance Team. In this role, you'll be the trusted guide for our candidates, supporting them through every step of the onboarding journey and ensuring a seamless, professional and positive experience from offer to day one. You’ll spend much of your time engaging directly with candidates and internal colleagues — building strong relationships, keeping everyone informed, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth start.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the key point of contact for contractors and candidates throughout the onboarding process
  • Providing a warm, responsive and professional experience via phone, email and MS Teams video calls
  • Keeping in regular contact with candidates to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide updates
  • Collaborating closely with Recruiters and Client Services colleagues to ensure aligned and timely onboarding
  • Sharing regular progress updates with internal stakeholders and flagging any issues promptly
  • Ensuring all documentation, compliance and onboarding tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Working with great attention to detail and aiming for accuracy and a right-first-time approach
  • Helping to uphold a ‘one team’ mindset – ensuring onboarding is delivered to a consistently high standard across the business

About You

  • You’re confident on the phone and enjoy speaking with people regularly
  • You’re comfortable using MS Teams for video calls and virtual communication
  • You genuinely care about the candidate experience and take pride in your communication
  • You’re proactive, organised and can manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
  • You have excellent attention to detail and take ownership of delivering work that’s accurate and thorough
  • You enjoy working closely with others and thrive in a collaborative environment
