This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to play a central role in delivering internal communications and colleague engagement activity within a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation. Reporting into the Head of Communications, you will work closely with global communications, HR and transformation teams, as well as senior stakeholders across the business, to deliver impactful change communications, engagement initiatives and wider communication activity. With the organisation moving at pace, this role offers real opportunity to shape culture, influence engagement and make a lasting positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a programme of internal communications across multiple channels to help colleagues connect with the organisation's strategy, priorities and ambitions.
- Own the internal digital communications platform, weekly digest and content calendar, acting as a central point of contact for content.
- Partner with senior leadership to create meaningful and engaging communications that inform, update and motivate colleagues.
- Lead the delivery of colleague engagement initiatives.
