Job Description

Commercial Analyst – Oil and Gas

London based (hybrid working)

£37,000 – £47,000 plus bonus and benefits

A Commercial Analyst is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will support and coordinate delivery of key commercial projects, such as revenue growth projects, market analysis and pricing strategies.

This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of £37,000 – £47,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits.

Overview of the Commercial Analyst role:

  • Support the reporting function with revenue budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Provide market analysis and product flow updates to the wider function as well as provide insight to senior management.
  • Support the Commercial team in building new business investment cases to aid business growth.

Key skills required for the Commercial Analyst role:

  • Relevant degree qualification (e.g. Economics, Maths, Statistics) with a analytical, data driven approach
  • Strong MS Excel skills, ideally with some exposure or experience with AI.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
