Are you an Application Support professional with experience supporting insurance, broking or policy administration systems?
We’re working with an established organisation that is investing significantly in its Technology function and looking for an Application Support Engineer to join its Business Applications Support team.
You’ll provide second-line support across a range of business-critical insurance and broking applications, working closely with users, technology teams, product owners and third-party vendors.
- Providing 2nd-line application support across insurance and broking systems
- Supporting policy administration and broking platforms
- Monitoring application performance, integrations and data quality
- Building strong relationships with users across different areas and levels of the business
- Supporting application changes, upgrades and wider technology initiatives
- Helping improve processes, documentation and user experience
- Cross-training across additional applications to create greater knowledge and resilience within the team
You’ll ideally have a few years' experience within Application Support, Business Systems Support or a similar role, with exposure to the insurance or broking sector.
However, we’re also interested in people who have supported a range of insurance platforms such as Brokasure/BrokerSure, A3, Acturis or other policy administration and broking systems.
The business is investing in new platforms and has a number of transformation programmes underway across the UK and internationally.
Rather than being restricted to one legacy application, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your systems knowledge, cross-train into new platforms and contribute to how the Application Support function evolves.
